With over 20 years of experience Team Teach Behaviour Support Training combines award-winning training and development with a comprehensive package of pre- and post-training support, delivered through Team Teach Connect, an innovative new platform.
At Olive Grove Learning, both Rachel (RM) and Adam (DM) are trained by Team Teach to deliver this evidence-based training to all staff. Their expertise ensures that every team member is equipped with the skills to confidently de-escalate situations and minimise the need for physical intervention—always placing the individual at the centre of every decision.
Through Team Teach Connect, certified staff gain access to a wealth of practical and inspiring resources, including in-depth articles, eBooks, videos, templates, newsletters, and best practice guidance, all created by experienced behaviour support professionals.
