Olive Grove Learning is looking for compassionate and resilient Residential Support Workers to join our team. This is a full-time role within our children's residential home, supporting young people who may face challenging behaviours and emotional struggles.

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Assist children with everyday life activities
• Support school runs and community activities
• Help young people develop life skills and work towards independence

• Must pass a stringent safer recruitment process
• Enhanced DBS check required
• Level 4 Children & Young People Family Practitioner (or willingness to work towards this)
• Experience working with young people (desirable; full training provided)
• Full UK driving licence
• Must have the right to work in the UK
